What we hold, and why.
We collect what an order needs and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, your WhatsApp number and your email address. The email address is how a digital book reaches you, so an order for a download cannot be completed without one.
If you order something posted to you, we also collect the delivery address. We do not ask for one otherwise.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we store the conversation — the messages you send, our replies, and where you had reached in ordering. That is what lets you pick up where you left off instead of starting again, and what lets a person take over if the automated flow cannot help.
We never see or store your card details. Payment happens on Paystack or Flutterwave, who take the card on their own page. What comes back to us is a reference, an amount and whether it succeeded.
What we do with it
We use it to take your order, confirm it, send you what you bought, and answer you when you get in touch. We use the WhatsApp number to send order confirmations and, if you have not finished checking out, a single reminder.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the services that make an order work: Meta, who carry WhatsApp messages; Paystack and Flutterwave, who take payment; and the mail provider that delivers your download link.
How long we keep it
Orders and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require, because they are the record that you paid and we delivered.
Download links expire on their own after a short window. When one runs out you can ask for a fresh one — we do not limit how many times a book you have bought can be re-sent.
WhatsApp conversations are kept while they are useful for supporting you and are cleared out after that.
Deleting your information
Write to us at the address below, or message the WhatsApp line you ordered on, and ask for your information to be deleted. Tell us the phone number or email address you used so we can find you.
We will delete your contact details and your conversation history. We have to keep the order and payment record itself, without the contact details attached to it, where the law requires us to.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct something that is wrong, at the same address.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so your basket survives moving between pages, and we remember whether you are shopping in naira or dollars. That is all. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
