Children develop confidence and leadership through repeated experiences: being listened to, being invited to ask questions, being allowed to learn from ordinary mistakes, being supported to solve problems, and being given safe opportunities to create. The adult environment matters.

This course is for adults around children. It is not a call to remove rules or hand adult responsibility to children. It combines structure with voice, guidance with agency, and correction with learning.
